Delete your data

How to ask BMKs to delete the data UK Driving Test Finder holds about you.

Steps

1. Open the app, tap the person icon and note your licence number. (Your device id is shown in User details if you ask us for it.)
2. Email support@bmks.app with the subject "Delete my data" and your licence number or device id.
3. We delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your device record: watched centres, booked centre and date, helping setting, push token.
• Scans and lookups made with your licence number or device, including the licence number, booking reference and IP address stored with them.

What is kept

• Available test dates your phone shared are kept for up to 30 days without anything that identifies you.
• Purchase records held by Apple, Google and RevenueCat follow their own retention rules; cancel your membership in your store account.

You can also uninstall the app: device records are deleted automatically 180 days after the app was last used, scans and lookups after 30 days.
